If your order is filled incorrectly or you receive damaged goods please contact us and we will do our best to correct the problem. If you choose to return items for a refund the following applies:

1. All items must be returned in new condition.
2. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges.
3. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. The shipping charge charged on the original order will not be refunded.
5. Final decision to issue a refund will be at the sole discretion of Bens Fine Wine & Spirits and a refund will not be issued if the items returned are not in brand new condition.
